getting from Pop to FW

What's the easiest way to get from Pop Century to Fort Wilderness using WDW Transportation? Take a bus to the TTC, then what? Take another bus or boat? We arrive late in the afternoon on Sat. 6/10 and I think it would be fun and relaxing to go to the Campfire Singalong and movie (if we like what's playing), but it won't be fun if it's difficult to get to the resort?

Take the bus to Magic Kingdom and then take the boat to Fort Wilderness.

If Magic Kingdom is closed (say, on the way back) you would need to take a bus to Epcot (if still open and not just closing) or to Downtown Disney and then catch the bus back to Pop'.

Thanks! Bus to MK then the boat sounds proper. I hadn't considered the return trip. MK would be open late because we'd be going on a Sat. in June, so the boat back to MK and bus from MK to Pop will work.
