I have an ADR at Cape May Cafe at 10:00am and would i be able to make it from rope drop at 9:00 at HS and ride TSM, then grab a fastpass for that ride then take the boat to the Beach Club and be there by about 9:45 or am i cutting it to close. There is no extra magic hour at that park . Thanks for any help.

I think you're cutting it close if you wanted to take the boat. It's excruciatingly slow. The walkway is a long walk, but if you're up for it, you can probably walk to Beach Club in about 20 minutes.

I thought more about it and think you can't ride and get a FastPass for it.
FYI, the FastPass lines can be very long. I once waited for it at the beginning of rope drop, and it took me about 15 minutes just to get a FastPass! I jumped into the ride after that, and I rode after 40 minutes waiting. I don't think you could squeeze in a ride AND get a FastPass and get back to Beach Club.

You likely won't make it. Even if at DHS at rope drop, it will be a 5 minute walk back to TSM. Then, a 10 - 15 minute wait in the stand by line for the ride (maybe longer). Then, there will be a 5 minute (or even longer) wait in line for FPs, Then 10 minutes for the ride itself and getting off. Then another 5 minutes to walk back to front of park. Then, a 20 minute walk to BC. That is exactly one hour. If any part of that takes longer than expected, you will be late for your ADR.

If everything goes in your favor you might make it by 10:00, but that's a very tall order. Even being at the park at rope drop, you still need to walk really fast to TSM and hope you're among the first in line. The FP machines at TSM can have some pretty long lines, especially in the first hour. As the PP mentioned, the boats are slow and it's not unusual to wait at the dock for 20 min. before one shows up. They often sit at the dock for 15 min. before departing, then make a stop at Swan & Dolphin before heading over to the YC/BC dock. They take more time to maneuver than a bus, so simply docking is a slow process. It's a long walk from TSM to the BC lobby, especially if you have kids. The best way to guarantee you'll make your ADR on time is to catch a cab.

Then you have to wait your turn to get off the boat and walk the length of the long dock (which is at Yacht Club), then turn right, walk past the full length of Stormalong Bay, then left and up to the Beach Club entrance into the lobby and left again to Cape May... another 5-7 minutes!

As others have said, I don't think you can make that ADR. It takes time, as described, to travel between DHS and the BC.
Have a Great Trip

No. That sounds way too stressful! It took us about 45 minutes to get a fast pass after nearly runnning straight there after rope drop. Enjoy the morning--walk around the boardwalk area/beach before breakfast.

I will be having a dinner at Cape May and was wondering if you can take the boat from both Epcot and HS to Cape May? How does this work and where do you get on the boat. I think I have seen it at Epcot but am really unsure from HS.Can someone explain how all this works?

If you're going from Epcot to Cape May, you don't need to take the boat--it's a short walk.

From DHS the boat first stops at Swolphin, then Y&B, then Boardwalk and ends at Epcot.
