Getting from Disney resort to restaurant off property?

We are staying at YC and want to travel to Chili's for dinner (have a few gift cards). It says it's 5 miles away. We are a family of 5. Anyone have any idea how much a taxi will cost? Wondering if it is worth it.

not sure anything offsite is 5 miles from Yc - well not on the roads anyway. I would say no but others have say it is wonderful. you know it might be in that shopping area across from the hotels at Disney springs. Forgot about those.

I would suggest Uber. If you go to their website you can put in the addresses and get an estimated fare. Probably around $10-$15 would be my guess.

I'd also go with Uber. I wouldn't take a taxi anywhere for anything if Uber is an option. Type in the details on the app and it will give you the price.
