I need major help. I will only be in Disney a few days so I need to do the Candlelight Processional and the Osborne Lights in one night. I have a 4:40 reservation at Coral Reef and we are seeing the 6:45 showing.

MGM is posted as closing at 8pm with Fantasmic

My question is will I have enouh time to see the osborne lights. If i get there at 8pm will they let me in to just see the lights since Fantasmic people coming out of the show will be filtering that way anyway.

Also what would be the quickest way to get there with 3 kids. We will have a car.

Nope. Sorry. Candlelight runs about 45 min, sometimes longer, depending on the narrator. This means the 6:45 show won't be out until at least 7:30pm. It will take you a good 20-30 min to get out of the theatre and then get from American Adventure out of Epcot and to whatever form of transportation you want to take to the Studios, and then at least another 15-20 min (depending on crowds and traffic) to get to MGM, park, and walk into the park. At which point the park will have been closed for at least 20 min. And no ... they will NOT let you enter the park at 8pm if the park's listed closing time is 8pm, even just to see the lights.

You'd have a much better chance of doing both in one night if you saw the Osborne Lights first, right at 6pm, and then headed over to Epcot for the last showing of Candlelight.

But truly -- this can't be done. Especially not with three kids in tow.

I'd have to agree........unless you are in great shape, have your running shoes on, and have a couple of jogging strollers it seems impossible.

As was said, CP won't finish until 7:30. Maybe....MAYBE.....you could make it to the International Gateway by 7:45. From there it's a 20 minute walk to MGM. Now, if you literally ran..............but I wouldn't recommend it.

Better to enjoy your night at Epcot than to literally run everyone to MGM, tired and sweaty, just to find that they won't let you into the park because you arrived at 8:01. Also, I swear those who control the gates have their watches set five minutes fast.............
