getting discounts on merch & food etc

now I know that you get discounts on stuff if you have a AAA card ( & can someone explain to me how much & what is covered?)

the other discounts you can get is from the AP right?

are there any other cards that get you discounts? like discover or amex?

I am trying to figure out which is the best way to go on my resort ressie, i do not have a AAA but the discount is $13 a night less than AP right now. so do I get a AAA card & make it up in purchase savings? or will I get the same disounts from my AP card?
i have one power pass and one preferred pass.

If you show your AAA card at the food places and merchandise places, you get 10% off. I beleive you also get it at citywalk. You don't get the discounts at the little cart places that sell food though
