Getting close to online checking Aulani...Help

Getting close to online check in at Aulani. We have never been. What can we request? What should we request? We are 3 adults 1 11 year old in a poolside studioo for 4 nights. Thanks for any advise

If you are doing poolside it probably doesn't matter which building. I would not want first floor but other like the ability to walk right out. The sidewalks are pretty close to lower floors. In the ewe building you will be closer to lazy river and the sound ofvthe waterfalls. In the other building you will be closer to Kids play area which can get pretty loud. We always ask for Ewe building 9th floor and above ocean view one bedroom. Have always gotten what we wanted.

Thanks, I know when you do online check in some of the options for requesting are, close to transportation, elevator building number. I was wondering should we request close to the lobby or beach?

If you put in a request during online check in, does that override any request made when booking? We are booked in a pool view 1BR and I requested 4th or 5th floor- hoping for a free peek at the ocean!

Yes, it does override the request made to MS.

Here is the link the Aulani Villas & Views, you can search it for your villa and view type there for suggestions on what request to make. We usually call or email MS to place our requests. The ones listed on online checkin is pretty limited since it was set up for cash reservations only.
