Getting by no drink plan questions

They have standard juices such as apple in the windjammer. It's just the "freshly squeezed juice" that is extra. Not sure if you can purchase or if you must have the package.

As with all drinks. They're not going to say no to you paying for it if you don't have the package. I think a couple of ships ago i saw it was something like $3-4 but I could be completely wrong as it's not something i was really paying attention to...
