We are using Disney's Magical Express from the airport & staying at POR.
We want to take a day trip to Sea World. With out renting a car, can any
one recommend any other forms of transportation that I could look in to?

The public transportation system in Orlando has a bus that picks up in teh Magic Kingdom Parking lot and drops you off at Seaworld.
Their website, linked above, has routing and price information.

Just take a Mears (checker cab) taxi from POR to any of the other parks. You walk out the door and ask the bellman for a taxi and he will get it for you. At the parks , where you are dropped off, you should notice, or ask the driver, where you can pick up a taxi. He will show you. Don't schedule a taxi to pick you up because than you limit yourself to coming out of the park at a certain time. Tell the driver to use the meter. Mears taxi cabs operate from all Disney resorts and from Sea World and Universal. That is the easiest way to get around when you want to leave the Disney park.

We use Mears for going over to Sea World everytime. We call ahead the day before we want to go they pick us up at the hotel then call them a hour or so before we want to leave and they drop us off back at the hotel..We use them to take us to the hotel from the airport with our lugguge and then back to the airport at the end of our trip..

We found tha using the Lynx bus was really quite good. You pick it up at the TTC. They can give you a schedule there, or you can print one out from the Lynx site.
It is very inexpensive...about $1.50 pp, each way. Have the exact change though. It is about a 30 min ride. When you get on the bus, be sure to tell the driver you want to go to SW. He will drop you off at the entrance to the parking lot to SW. Just walk across it to the park entrance. When you are ready to go home, just walk back across the parking lot, cross the street, and look for the bus stop sign with the 'paw print' on it...it's almost directly across the street.
It's safe also...I know a lot of people think a city's public transit system is going to be yucky, but this isn't...a lot of CMs use it to get back and forth to WDW. We had several CMs as well as housekeeping staff on our bus.
