Quick question, I was reading some threads about getting to the park/hotels from the airport. One of them mentioned that you would either have to walk or take a bus from the train station at DLP to your hotel.

I don't remember seeing anything about bus service going around to the different DLP hotels.

I am leaving tomorrow morning and staying at the Sequioa Lodge.

I'm leaning toward taking the lazy way out and spending the money for a cab. I'm still not sure if I can navigate around the airport to the train station with my limited (read as non-existent) French language skills.

Thanks

You don't need to take a cab, or the train.

There is a VEA coach shuttle from CDG to each of the Disney onsite hotels, and the bus terminus at DLRP, which is right next door to the train station.

The VEA picks up from each terminal at CDG, runs every half hour or so during the day and most of the evening, and its a door to door service. Just follow the signs at your terminal for VEA shuttle Disneyland Paris.

It costs 17 euro per adult one way, 13 euro per child one way.

If you look at this thead, you can access the VEA timetable -

I don't speak any French, and had no trouble at all using the TGV train on the return part of the journey (DLRP to CDG). There are very helpful staff at the information desks in each terminal, who will be able to direct you.

If I read your post correctly, the short answer is no you don't need to take a cab from the station at DLP to your hotel.

If, that is, you are staying in an on-site property. Which you are.

When you exit MLV train station turn left through Disney village, walk through and out the other end, then down past the lake and this will take you to SL. It is signposted.

There is a shuttle bus service from hotels to the park, but to be honest you may as well walk, its only about 10-15 mins through Disney village.

If however I misread you and you are thinking about travelling from CDG to your hotel by means of a cab/alternative, then I'm afraid I can't help you as we just get the RER from central Paris to MLV...but you have good advice already about the VEA in any event!

Excellent, I think I will try for the shuttle service. From what I see, it looks like they shouldn't be too hard to find.
