Getting around onsite ?

We will be staying at POP and going to HOOP DEE DU for dinner and from there heading over to the Yacht Club to catch an illuminations cruise.

What is the best (easiest) way for us to do this? I know our own cars would be, however we are a fairly large group (11) and the drivers in our group would like to enjoy some spirits at dinner and don't want to drive. We could take a cab, but would prefer to look at disney transportation first.

for getting from pop to hdd what we are planning to do for mickeys' bybbq (same location) is take a bus to magic kingdom and a ferry from there to fwc... it should not be too difficult or time consuming (although some say allow at least an hour, w/the upside being that there is lots to do and see at fwc if you have time to kill)...

as far as getting from fw to the yacht club, i would guess your best bet would be to either take a boat to mk and get the bus to yc or take the bus to downtown disney and head to the yacht club from there...

Do you know how late the ferry would run to MK after the park closes?

Does anyone have a map of FWC? I'm just wondering how far of a walk it will be from where the ferry docks, so we know if my mother can walk or needs her scooter.
