Getting an empty minifridge for the room?

Someone said they charge to empty the minibar at the Universal hotels. Can't you get a minifridge without junk in it for the room without being charged a bunch? My DS has meds that need refrigerated (It's temp. sensitive.) We also would be storing baby's milk.

Contact the hotel and explain your situation and ask if you can make room in the mini fridge without being charged.
They will rent you a frig for a fee.
