Getting a jersey framed?

I want to surprise DH for his b-day in Jan. and get his autographed baseball jersey framed. He's always wanted to frame it and display it. However, to do so is really expensive at the sports memorabilia store he's checked into. I thought about checking with Michael's, Joann Etc., or other places that do that sort of framing. Anyone have a place they recommend or a ball-park price for this? (no pun intended!)
