My husband made these for an after dinner snack, and wow, are they ever authentic, very much like the real thing in Disney! My husband didn't use whole milk in the recipe, he used skim milk, as well, he used margarine from a tub instead of butter, but they were still very, very close to Disneyland Churros! He didn't make the coconut sauce either, but I'm sure it's very good as well.
