Get together before OKW annual meeting?

I'm thinking whoever from the DIS is going to the OKW annual meeting, we could meet beforehand (or would afterwards work better?). But I don't know where. Any suggestions? I guess the biggest problem is that I don't know where the meeting is yet, BWV or SSR. Maybe meet somewhere for breakfat or coffee? I'd be happy to organize it, but I have no idea when/where. PM me or post here if you have any ideas, I'm looking for suggestions on time/place.

Last year the meetings were at BWI. I think it would be fun to meet with DISsers afterward. Unfortunately, we wont be there this year.
