Get to cape may before WS opens?

The plan was to do a little EP in the am and have brunch 10:45 at Cape may. Can I take a boat, or do we have to take a bus from the entrance of EP? WS doesn't open til 11. Thanks

The rope to WS is on the bridge between England and France, you can get to the International Gateway from Future World before 11am.

(International Gateway opens at the same time that the parks open, but the countries are all closed)

But it will take you at least twice as long to take a boat from IG to BoardWalk to the Yacht/Beach Club dock and walk to the Beach Club, as just to walk to the Beach Club. In fact, I think the walk from the dock to Cape May is probably the same as the walk from the IG to Cape May, if not longer.

In other words, I'd walk out the International Gateway and then walk, not boat, to the Beach Club.

There is no bus to BC from Epcot.

As already mentioned, walk towards the International Gateway, and you'll have no problem exiting. As Tilly said, unless you have mobility issues or love boat rides, walk to BC. You get there in half the time.
