Germany Pavilion Clock

Does anyone know if the in the Germany pavilion does anything when it hits a certain time? My DH and I sat eating a pretzel in that area on our last trip and we were hoping that it would do something reminiscent of a German coo-coo clock. When the hour came and nothing happened we got a good laugh out of it since we had been sitting there about 20 minutes

I think it is part of the Agent P's World Showcase Adventure and only activates when a player used the phone to interact with that item. I could be wrong though. I do think the Germany Mission involves the clock and I know you go into the cuckoo clock shop at some point. It's been a while.

It's fun, but it can be time-consuming. The little animated scenes that play on the phone are pretty long and full of exposition. The interactive elements are neat though. I suggest just picking one country and maybe doing a second. If you want to do them all, clear some time.

The "Town Clock" does have a "door" that opens and a bell is rung by little boy and girl "figures"-it was probably just "down" that day.

"The Singing Steins"!!! That sounds amazing. Carving some time out of our Epcot day might be necessary when we go at the end of the year...

I think you're supposed to slam a beer for every hour on the clock. At 1PM you drink one beer, 2PM two beers, etc. At least that's going to be the tradition I explain to DW next trip.

Ok. I guess it's just the one clock inside the store that is part of Agent P.

Did the Kim Possible one interact with the clock? I thought it did, but I'm not sure.
