Geriv luvstigger needs HELP!!

Hi all,

Geri...who used to be Gerib but changed her name to luvstigger yesterday can't access the boards. She said she put in her username (luvstigger) and password and the boards wouldn't let her in so she emailed for her password and thats the same one she was using. Can someone please email her and try to help!
