Glad that things seem to be going well for everyone here.
Kathy, great that you're over your cold. No sweat suit for me. Thank goodness my exercise is in the water...no sweat involved.
Nell, I'm glad you're getting to move somewhere that feels more like home.
Lisa, Kudos on the okay to take short walks...soon this will all just be a memory and you will have endured it well.
Robin, I'm glad you were able to drag yourself off to work like a good little pony. Looks like you might get a 3 day weekend if the snow comes Friday day and it's too dangerous to drive in it. No more driving on ice!!! You skate on ice, not drive.
I'm trying to get myself into a schedule for swimming and need to bite the bullet and commit to certain times. I find if I just leave it to whatever I feel like that day, I will put it off and then probably not go at all. I like to go swim first thing in the morning, shower at the gym and then go to work. I'm not real good at exercising later in the day. My hat goes off to all of you who are able to do this.
My legs continue to be very achy...it's like a constant charlie horse in my left leg. So irritating!
Counseling hasn't been happening for my DH and me these past few weeks. I decided that his ADD needed to be tackled first. Hopefully with drugs he will be able to remember things we discuss and ways to heal our marriage. As it was, we were just kind of throwing the money for counseling away because he couldn't seem to remember what he was supposed to do to improve things. After the sessions, I would get all hopeful that things were going to change and I would stop being invisible, but that hasn't happened and I'm ending up more sad than before we started the counseling. ADD people tend to be the sole inhabitant of their universe. Drugs seem to quiet their brains enough to open the door to other worlds for them. I'm hoping they work for him.
Wishing you all a wonderful week.
