I think all the inconsistencies are important because everything depends on whether the jury believes GZ.

The location of the actual fight vs. Where he said it was is important because if he went down right away, he wasn't near the T and if he didn't go down right away, what was he doing between the punch and going down?

Ohhhhh

Here are the photos that were brought into evidence already.

I think this is the back of the building view - I could be wrong, but I don't think this is the T

Yes, that is looking W to E across the top of the T. And there are low bushes at the end of those top two buildings on the right.

Good question, First he says he thought he missed when he shot the gun, then got on top of TM and pulled his arms. But pictures show TM arms underneath him. Then He says that killing is wrong, then is shocked that he is dead. But if he thought he was still alive why put your gun back in the holster? Sure had plenty of time to put it back.

I love the avatar. He kind of shocked me when I scrolled up and seeing one eye.:rotfl:

For starters, I think "circling the car" is a major inconsistency.

If someone were circling my car, I might describe it as 'checking me out', which is what GZ said. Inconsistency, difference of language, but not sure I would call it major.

Wild About Trial @WildAboutTrial

Dorris had the impression that #Zimmerman thought #Trayvon was alive and was shocked when he learned of his passing.

That's a hedge right up against the building. And it's like 2 feet tall. How could TM have "hid" them?

Prosecutor is acting hostile towards his own witness. Once again state witness is favorable to the defense.

That is why the officer is kinda questioning the issue as that was to low and TM was to tall. He would have to what be laying down almost? GZ says he came out of a bush he should no what bush since he said he came out of a bush.

He couldn't have hid behind those bushes and surprise GZ. They are way too close to the building and too far from the T to sneak up on someone at the T.

The witness clearly stated that the inconsistencies did not alarm her

And now THIS witness will be interesting, Chris Serino.

I think this is the lead investigator that interviewed GZ. GZ told him that he didnt think the cries for help were his own cries after he listened to the 911 calls.

I don't think a jury will believe that's what he meant when they listen to that call. Especially since after he said that he was not once, but twice told by dispatch to let them know if he did anything else.

Considering the minutia of detail GZ gave when describing everything about TM on that call, to not say "he's circling my car right now," for him to leave that out something out?

Just watched a small amount of the testimony. I don't understand how the prosecution selects witnesses.. This officer is essentially presenting Mr. Zimmerman's version of events. She hasn't said the police did not believe them. She said that any inconsistencies in his statements were not significant. Once again you have a prosecution witness who's testimony backs up Mr. Zimmerman. If I am on the jury I would have to be asking what in the world is up. Does the prosecution have any witnesses that back up their side better than the very weak case they have made so far?

The police did not believe that Mr. Zimmerman should be charged so why is the prosecution calling them to the stand? Just doesn't make sense.

He's asked about it all in a later interview. Hopefully that will come in soon. He didn't use "checking me out" to mean circling the car. Its something the detective asks him about in detail and he cannot point to when TM circles the car and provides no explanation for the inconsistency.
