Genie+ Stacking Strategy?

Not eligible. Not possible. There are separate lists for the ILL and G+ attractions and no attraction is on both lists.
That is what I was thinking. So currently there is only one attraction per park that you can either pay ILL for or rope drop?

Can you explain? Say if I had a ressie for MK that opened at 9am and then plan to hop to AK (which had opened at 8am) around 2pm does that mean at 7am I can request a lighting lane at AK for 2pm and then at 10am request a lightning lane at MK? Then if I use my 10am one at MK, then get another one? I thought I could only request one for the park I had the ressie for.

Yes. Your example works. You can book LLs at multiple parks. The timing of the 2hrs after park open is based on the park you made your 1st booking at.

So a person would be at a disadvantage with thier first park being Epcot?

Currently, there is only one attraction per park that is ILL (Remy, Rise, Avatar and Seven Dwarfs).

Epcot day would be a no go for Genie+ with me then. It is $275 to add the hopper to our tickets, and that ain't happening either.
You could still stack if you aren’t hopping though. You could just do walk on things earlier while you stack for the evening, or you could tour WS, you could stack while staying at your resort to relax or swim or have a sleep-in.
Lots of people say G+ isn’t worth it for EP, but there are some that use it there as well. Depends if you want to spend the $15 per person.
It could probably save you an hour or two. Some think that’s worth $15. It all depends on the person. I feel like we would probably do it, any time at all saved from standing in a line sounds good to me.

This is all so different than our last visit there in 2019. These posts help to try and figure out how to navigate it.

Even at MK?
There are more Genie+ rides at MK, of course, so easier to do there (and your best bet bc the others have so few) but it really just depends on crowd level. We have been to each park several times since Oct using Genie+ and sometimes we are able to get more later in the evening and sometimes not. But if we were able to get them later in the evening we found the standby lines were very short as well.
