Genie+ on delayed opening? Any changes?

Just arrived tonight and debating on whether to get Genie+ tomorrow. Has there been a delayed opening since Genie+ went into effect? I wonder whether you can get your second pass two hours after the delayed opening time or two hours after the originally scheduled opening time. Getting the first one at 7 AM and the second one at 2 PM just feels off.

Im wondering this as well with the added wrinkle that I plan on hopping to hollywood studios.
