Hi All,

Since this is an exercise thread and today is my 33rd birthday I wanted to share something with you all that I try not to promote. Over the last year, I started to develop some health related issues due to my weight. I first brushed it off and wasn't concerned as I've been over weight my entire life. In June 18 my Wedding planning kicked into high gear and I really wanted to look good and be healthy for my new family so fast forward to today and I've successfully lost 100 lbs since 2017.

I don't typically like to promote it as I hate the attention, but you all have been very supportive and friendly so I figured I should throw it out there. Glad I found this board a few months back, it absolutely helps to push me to meet my goals. Here's to 2019 and seeing what that brings me. Thanks again all and Merry Christmas!

Thought I'd take a moment and share a cute Holiday DIY that I worked on over the weekend.



If anyone else has any Holiday DIYs or homemade treats they want to share, go right ahead! Part of what makes the season so festive is seeing so many creative ideas!

I haven't made any ornaments this year, just some candy (peppermint bark and butterscotch-coated pretzels). - Unfortunately, I have no pictures, as DH and DS have already eaten what isn't wrapped up to give away!

I'm counting on my trip for walking minutes, because exercise has been scarce this week. - I've been spending that time helping DS with math and quizzing him on "midterm" study guides. (They're so early this year!)

15 minutes on the mini-trampoline and 5 with (very small) weights.

A Disney trip necessarily entails a huge number of minutes, even counting conservatively--I'm sure you'll have no problem making goal!
