I'm trying to go to Disney with my friends and Parent. Any tips on saving $$$ that could help me keep this reasonable as we have to pay for school next year. :guilty:

Look into your bank's savings accounts for the best interest rate. I did this and get about $40-$50 a month in interest. S

We use save.ca for coupons to save $$ there. All our change , all of it gets put into a jar and taken to the bank every month. We dont go out to dinner right now, we do our christmas shopping early and dont buy ( DH and myself) anything for each other.

DH robs my purse, car, pockets etc (as well as his own) for change. It makes it hard to get a Timmie's but I love him for it  because he has save over $2000 US in doing so. He rolls the change loonies and twoonies included and then deposits it into a US account. Generally we get a big income tax return as we both pay extra/pay as we have been nailed in the past so we use our return to pay for our accomodations and tickets etc. Good luck I know it is hard but it is well worth it in the end. Change really adds up. It's amazing how much change I have rolled in the past year. I never miss it but if it was in my pocket I would spend it. Also someone suggested that you figure out how much you need for your vacation than divide it by the number of weeks that you have to save and you have your magic number.
