Technically, to be Kosher (Glatt Kosher) it has to be prepared in a Kosher kitchen.....as in, the pans/utensils can never have touched pork or milk or meat. So, unless Disney plan to build a Kosher kitchen, then no. That is why they are pre-packaged.
If you don't need Glatt Kosher, then you can just order non-pork items. That is what we do. (I've always figured, hey, the pans and utensils get washed in really hot water, so there isn't any pork residue left, but that is why Orthodox families have two sinks, two sets of dishes, etc)
