We are having an ongoing problem for our upcoming trip. We have been in contact with a supervisor who has been telling us for two weeks that he is "working on" a compensation for us. We are leaving in one week and no longer have time to wait on him. It's a very long story but the short version is we were told for months that we could add the dining plan and when it came time to do it, the computer won't take our dining option. I have all kinds of ADRs based on having the dining plan and now have to make some decisions about whether to keep them! HELP!! Does anyone have a general cust. service number we can call and get someone else involved in this?! Thanks! I've about had it with him!! :confused3
 
Wow, I'm sorry I can't help, but I had no problem when I added the dining plan to my package. A supervisor had to get involved, but I had it taken care of in one phone call.
Hope someone can get you that number!
