Welll....
Both would be wonderful

Depends on the type of vacation you're looking for
Obvioulsy, you don't want the traditional hotel room
Are you theme-parking every day, all day?
Do you have 2/3 bed accomodations at BC?
Those are the 2 questions that would do it for me..
If you are looking for some more relax time, with space for everyone to spread out, and not have to eagle eye the kids in a large pool(which woud be your only option for swimming at BC), I'd go with the house rental.
You can have the space, additional, provided amenities, ie, games room, game consoles, etc, at a house - PLUS have the resort style feel.
If you're at the theme parks all day, and just want a lovely resort to sleep at, that's convenient, with some resort fun, and have enough space for everyone to sleep confortably, go with BC
Either way, you won't be disappointed

Both are a quick trip from the Parks (BC would be a little faster, but not much more)
Let us know what you decide!!
