I've got a boring day today. I took my mum supermarket shopping this morning in Cov, then popped into Nuneaton to pay some bills and make an appointment to have my nails done just before I go away

I haven't got anything else planned for today, I'll see if the girls want to do anything when they surface (teenagers are soooooo lazy )

If I don't do anything, then I may try and get some the girls' clothes to wash and pack (I made a good start on mine and Paul's packing yesterday)

We are off to a teddy bears picnic soon, the weather doesnt look to clever so i suspect it will be indoors

Afternoon. I have managed to hurt my back probably from lifting a patient the night before last. I meant to be on nights again tonight but I can hardly move plus I have taken some strong pain killers that have almost knocked me out

I'm just worried what they will say if I go sick tonight

It's been a lovely afternoon Nat, so I hope you enjoyed the Teddy Bears Picnic. I even managed to cut my grass today, it was hard work as it hasn't been done for about 4 week

It's been a lovely afternoon Nat, so I hope you enjoyed the Teddy Bears Picnic. I even managed to cut my grass today, it was hard work as it hasn't been done for about 4 week

we had a great time, even sat outside !! the kids had a good run about and let of some steam.

My kids have gone swimming with John, they get free swimming at the lesuire centre and are making the most of it

Thanks, I have phoned in sick & they were fine with it. I hope to have many years in the ambulance service so need to look after myself. I'm just used to when I worked in retail & they would guilt you into coming in to work even when you were ill.

Thanks, it seems to be muscular. The muscle have just gone really tight. Luckily I have a few friends who are physios
