I have a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan with the satellite radio and back-up camera -- it's a GREAT car for trips (which is why I bought it in the first place ) Have fun with it this week!!!

I have the 08 Chrysler version. We have the back up camera, leather seats, we did have satelitte TV for about a year before its subscription must have ended, Satelitte radio subscription ended too...and two tvs in the back and one in the console, dual sliding doors (which was very important to me). The only thing we are missing is the GPS which we thought we had when we bought it but didnt realize until we were on our way home with it! Minus the break issues it is a good van...my friends call it my Pimped out Mini Van...and I LOVE it for all the space EVEN though I only have one child.

I LOVE my 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan...we have the satellite radio but no back-up camera (Jackie - you must have the newer model, I think they changed it in 2008.) It really is a GREAT car for trips and for everyday! We had a 2005 that didn't make it out of a bad wreck...but THANKFULLY I did!! That same day I told Ramon, we're getting nothing else than another Grand Caravan! A brand new 2011 must be niiiiiiiice! Enjoy being spoiled!

They did change it in 08 which is what had me looking at it in the first place. My dad brought home a brochure showing it, and the family pictured was watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and had fancy coffee drinks in the center console. I was sold. Sad, I know, but oh-so-true, that a picture of happy kids watching Mickey Mouse made me buy a new car.

Funny thing happened yesterday.
We were shopping and pulled into a parking spot beside a van.

Lexi said "oh, I wish I was those kids who have a van. They are so lucky!"
Then she started singing a little chant "Momma gonna buy Lexi a van....Momma is buying Lexi a van...!
It was in tune with the 'momma knows best' song from the Tangled sountrack playing at the time.
It was even funnier because we have been chatting about this on here.
She is constantly telling me how much happier I would be to have a van...

oh yes...we have changed ours twice and it needs it again! Apparently its a major issue with the 08 anyways!

My inlaws have the same year and model as us and they have had to change their brakes as often as we have!

Hello all! Just taking a quick minute while everyone is napping to check in. We have had a great 2 days so far and have had several pixie dusted moments. For those of you following along on facebook I am sure you have noticed the absence of Bella from the character pictures. She talks a big game but won't go near them. We have reservations at Garden Grill in just a little bit so maybe seeing Chip and Dale and Mickey might change her mind. Brooklynn did conquer Space Mountain first thing yesterday morning and loved it. We are headed to Animal Kingdom in the morning and then over to the Poly for fabulous food and fireworks. Hope everyone has a great 4th of July!
