Gee Whiz, we wish we had the time...wait, we do!!!!!!

I bet Snap was the only person who watched their short lived TV show. :rotfl:

I watched the first episode. The charm of the commercials just didn't translate.

My 9 yr old has "Let me be myself" as a template saved to her cell phone. She texts it to me all the time. lol

My son has the Darth Vadar music as my ringtone.

I wonder if he's trying to tell me something?

And this is the true magic of Disney. No matter how old, they (we ;)) all become kids and don't care of it's "cool" or not. I mentioned before that my DD13 (almost 14) did Pirate League and loved it. She also asks repeatedly when we're going back and it is her favorite place. I love how she doesn't care about being cool when she's in Disney. She feels free enough to be just who she is and that's a Disney lovin' nut just like her mom. She's also asked me if we can make a yearly trek to Disney for the MNSSHP because she loves it and we both know she's not ready to give up trick or treating just yet. :goodvibes

Great pics, again! I love when the kids aren't embarrassed to be kids.

I am cracking up here, on another thread someone is asking about swimming songs. The only thing that keeps going thru my head is a little ditty my aunt used to sing "I love to go swimming with bow legged women and swim between their knees" :rotfl2::rotfl2: Not exactly second grade friendly :lmao:

Loving the pics Scotlass.

PK, I reserved Pirates League for our May trip for my 28 year old son, his fiancee, and her 7 year old daughter. It sounds like a lot of fun.

They'll have a blast. Those CM's really earn their pay and they truly seem to enjoy what they are doing.

PK, do you have any pics from the Pirate League?

I've got pics but I can't upload anything to Photobucket while I'm in the office.

Thanks, PK!

DS asked last night if we could go ahead and pack for Disney World. That's my boy! DH looked at both of us like we were crazy.

I've been reading through the other boards when I get the chance, and I'm getting a little too excited to go. We still have quite awhile. ((sigh))

Hello, I am a refugee from the Ignore thread. I don't like to be ignored, I've discovered. I have no life at the moment because my DS 14 has been home for weeks with a supposed back injury (he claims to be in so much pain, but 10 chiropractor treatments haven't helped at all -- the school is ready to call him truant). He will have a home-bound tutor starting hopefully tomorrow, and we go to another spine doctor next week. If someone doesn't find something really wrong with him and fix it -- mentally or physically -- I'm going to take myself off to live with the animals in the jungle. My husband's out of work and I can't work (substitute teacher) because I have to be home with him. My DS17 is a wonderful child, but we never see him because he's overinvolved in all the fine arts stuff at school (here's a list: he just got a major role in the school musical; he's in the madrigal choir, which is after school; the a cappella choir, the high band and the middle band; the jazz band; he's the frontman for a rock band; he plays in a jazz combo for school; and he's composing music for the spring play). So I end up doing his chores.

OK, I'm done complaining. At least it's not raining.

First of all, WELCOME!!!!!!!!! Feel free to hang out with us!:)

Oh my, I'm so sorry about your son's back problems. I had horrible neck/back pain for years, they finally diagnosed fibromyalgia. I'm sure he's not faking it, they just haven't figured it out yet. Sorry about DH's job.

We are expecting rain very soon :sad2:
