Kerrie your floors look clean but not too soft. We have tile floors too and there's no way I could nap on them. Of course, mine aren't that clean. I don't get my bahookie down there scrubbin' too often.

Trust me, there not that clean. I mop once a week and every week I say, actually yell, "I just cleaned the floors and now look. I don't know why I clean." The kids are pretty messy.

Kerrie, your baby is precious. And I agree with Pakey. The floors are gorgeous. I have hardwood in my kitchen/den area. And I really regret it.

Dentist was fine. All but 8 my 8 of my teeth are crowned now so there's now much more they can torture me with.

I love having tile floors. I have terrible allergies. Had hardwood at last house and hated how they showed dust. I even picked a tile that intentionally looks dirty. The only rug in house is at back door where we come in/out of garage.

Kerrie your pot stirrer is beautiful! She's a smart girl. It's probably very hot where you are and she knows a tile floor is the coolest place to be. I'm sort of like her -- give me my luvies or pillows and I'm OUT COLD.

It was a long night. Ended up at urgent care with oldest DD and caught in a downpour on the way home.

Now, I'm off to oldest DD's award ceremony. Her last one in elementary school.

Her ear is better, I guess. She still has blood coming out of it. Right now she has a cotton ball in it at school to keep stuff from draining down her face. I told the teachers and she can go to the nurse to have the cotton changed out later.

The award ceremony was nice. A/B honor roll and citizenship awards.

We have to go back to the school at 1 with cookies to celebrate DD's birthday now since she can't celebrate with her class over the summer. Then home and back to the school to pick her and DS up at 2:40. Today and tomorrow will be the last time DD will have one of her siblings at school with her. From here on out she'll be out of a school when one of them enters it. She's growing up too fast.

We had a former employee (left 3 years ago) who was gunned down on Monday by police for robbing banks. They shot him 14 times. There is always drama here.

Pakey: Really frightening story about your ex-employee. I guess this economy is really pushing people to act in ways they might not otherwise.

Hoping to get DD's last softball game in today, but it doesn't look like the weather will cooperate. I have only been able to make it one game because they're usually scheduled for 4 p.m. Of course, today's game is 5:30 but the weather isn't very promising.

Okay...I had this nice long post written out to all of you.

You know, chatty stuff to each of you. A long post singing the praises of the Shark Steam Mop. Then, as I hit the submit button... I was logged out. And of course the post was lost. I really do love the mop. It is supposed to be for any type of floor that is sealed. You are just using steam so the floors dry to the touch almost immediately. It even has an attachment so you can steam your carpets and rugs. The one thing that really impresses me....is how clean the floors feel. Really, really clean.
