Hi all. I can't believe I'm not one of the top runners for posting. I am going to have to work on it.

We've been busy at the rental house. Inside is done and now the outside is starting. Of course my job is sitting in a patio chair pointing out the errors being made by everyone else. I'm really good at it too.
