Sorry to hear everyone's children are a bit under the weather, but glad none of it seems too serious.
Pakey, I like your slumlord title. We actually tease my IL's, whose house we live in, by calling them Mr. and Mrs. Slumlord. Aren't children and their spouses so ungrateful!?
As for Mr. Fireman, a number of years back, long before 9/11, we had a fire on the top floor of our building in NYC. We were told to sit tight, but of course all the lawyers and legal assistants hit the ground running, which left the secretarial staff behind with the department head (mid-60's), one older attorney (upper 70's) and a pregnant secretary. Well, it was well worth the wait, because about 2 hours into it, we were all mulling around one the secretarial stations and lo and behold, from the freight elevator comes about 6 firemen who all looked like C1M's pic, although they did have clothes on.

Even the older, grey-haired fireman was HOTTTTTT.

We were the biggest bunch of idiots. They asked if we were okay, and we were all busy fumbling for the correct words. (I believe yes would have been an appropriate response!

) As for Helene's blocked duct, I believe that's something the local fire department might be able to help with.

Oh, wait, you guys aren't talking about heating ducts are you?!
