Gee Whiz - I wish I had the time...

:wave2: Hi, everyone!

Gee Whiz, did everyone get a life today?

I started cleaning the house for the party on Saturday. But, then I thought, why? All those people are just going to get the house dirty with their shoes on, dropping food, etc. There will be either 9-10 kids here, too (yeah, I know, 5 are mine), so toys will be everywhere. I have decided to stop cleaning. I'll just straighten a little, and clean up after my guests next week. That is, if I get around to it. If I think real hard, I might be able to come up with another excuse to get out of it.

SCHBR'smom....I like the way you think. :thumbsup2

Pakey....Toby Keith .....:rotfl2::lmao::rotfl:

PK'sMom.....I found you in a certain thread, :thumbsup2:rotfl:

This like pulling the petals off of a daisy.......life-no life-life-no life. :rotfl:Happy day ya'll. Where ever your daisy puts you. :goodvibes

Happy Birthday to you,
Happy Birthday to you,
Happy Birthday, dear Pakey,
Happy Birthday to you!

If I survive :stir: being 2, it will be an absolute miracle.

That's all I have to say.

Just out of curiosity, is she anything like you? Seriously, I'm not trying to be rude or joking. I only have one child, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I find that the things that most infuriate me about her, are the things that she does and says that are most like me. Kind of like fighting with Mini Me! Everyone says she's just like me and it's true -- she can be pig-headed and demanding and *****y and argumentative, but is also a fiercely loyal person and quite the comedianne (at least we think so) ;)

Actually, she's exactly like her Daddy. But, from what I understand, even meaner. He turned out good, which is my only hope. She's a mean, bad-tempered little screamer. She's absolutely adorable and can be hilarious, but when she's bad..... oh, she's bad. We're hoping she's doesn't burst into flames when we go to the church for the baby's baptism tomorrow.

Little story to tell you how mean she can be. We were at Disney World for her 1st birthday, so she was exactly 12 mo old. Still sweet, right...... wrong.
Well, Joe (DH) was holding her while we were waiting in line. A CM came close to her and I guess was in her personal space, so she pushed him. Teeny, tiny baby has a big enough attitude to push a grown man. She would yell stop at complete strangers while grocery shopping (12-16mos). She can push her 6 year old brother out of a chair. But, the screaming, oh that's over the top! At the end of the day, you are WORN out dealing with her. Demanding and needy are understatements.

We also think she practices black magic, but that's another story. As much as she infuriates me, she's my child, definitely a mama's girl.

She sounds like a handful, but I'm betting she'll turn out to be the closest and most loyal to mom and dad later in life. And you can always do what my mom did -- wish one just like her, on her, when she's ready to have kids. ;)

That's what my in-laws did. Now they feel sorry for me. My husband even apologizes to me for never getting a break from her.

Just a bad day today. She did her best to ruin DD4's dance for the parents. She did a pretty good job, even upsetting one of the other students enough that she couldn't finish her dance. :sad2:
