Good evening no lifers. And hi to Grumpy Pirate. I miss you (and your rum) since you haven't been around as often.

I'm so sore I can barely move. My husband and I prepped and painted for 10 hours without a break today. Once we got in and got a closer look, we have decided that all of the walls need to be painted. We washed them (they are pretty dirty) and are painting MOST of the walls in a similar color to what was already there. Prep took most of the day. So if I can crawl out of bed tomorrow, we'll be at it all day again. I'm way too old for this.

I did, Tony is one of my favorite skittles. And any time Kyle Busch does not win is a decent race. I have to get a new driver to cheer for though. I'm weighing my options.

Pakey you definitely missed your chance. You should have let FDIL paint any color she wanted, as long as SHE painted. Would have gotten the job done and you wouldn't be sore. Hope you are feeling better and get a chance to rest soon.

As for the rest of you Skittles chasers, I'll root for whoever you tell me to, 'cause I don't follow it much.

I've spent my weekend cleaning, doing laundry, changing curtains, food shopping, etc. I also spent many hours last night trying to plan our ADRs and days for our 8-30/9-6 WDW trip. Not fun when you have no idea what the park hours are, or what days are EMH for which parks.

Hi all. Another 12 hours today at the new house. Son and future DIL offered to help so yes, we now have blue paint. The master bedroom has one wall in navy that is so dark that it looks black. I had to counsel my husband to keep his mouth shut.

We have one room left to paint and then carpets to clean and they can move in. All of the major work is in the yard but we can do that after they move in.

We know the a/c works good. It was 106 here today.


Judi, I'm sorry I wasn't around to help you, scotlass and Kimmy with this thread's OP. But it looks like you guys took care of it.

I guess I'd better drag myself to bed before my muscles completely atrophy.
