Can anybody tell me the quickest way to get through to a CM when calling?

How long should I expect to wait if I dial at 7:00 ?

What are the correct prompts when connceted?

I called at 7am exactly. I was on hold for about an hour, and my ressies took about 30 minutes to complete (10 days).

I was able to get almost all of the reservations that I wanted. I did learn that the number of Fantasmic packages had been reduced this year. I didn't end up booking one although I wasn't that disappointed because I think that the food at these DHS restaurants is not as good as my other choices.

I phoned at 7.am this morning for my sister. There is no quick way to get thru the prompts as they change them to frequently now to know the order.
I was on hold for 37 minutes even though the wait message said my call should be answered in 12 minutes!!
I was able to get everything she wanted with a slight tweak here and there.
I will be phoning again tomorrow so we will see how it goes!!

I called today at 7. They told me a wait of 25 minutes. I waited 46. I did get what I wanted at the times I wanted within 30 minutes.

I called right at 7 and I was on hold for maybe five minutes. I was making my very last reservation, which I was probably on the phone now for about 20mins and then I dropped my phone and the battery came out. I called back at about 0720 or 0725 and I was on hold for about 15 minutes.

I called right at 7 and waited for about an hour. Took maybe 15 minutes to make the reservations, got everything I wanted.

I can't really remember the prompts at the beginning, but I can sure tell you about all the "informative" info during the hold music!!
