Ok, so the different rides at Epcot are presented by different companies, ie Journey into Imagination is presented by Kodak, Spaceship Earth (last time I knew) was presented by AT&T. What ride/attraction is presented by GE? It really doesn't matter, but it popped into my mind and is now bothering me cuz I can't remember. Also, maybe GE isn't there anymore. Let me know!

Ok my mom wants to know. Who presented the Carousel of Progress?

"Energy...you make the world go 'round" was from Universe of Energy...not Horizons. GE also sponsored Carousel of Progress when it was at Disneyland...I don't know if it also sponsored it when it opened at WDW.

EDIT: Posted at same time as Laugh-o-Grams

Wow you guys are so smart. :) I really thought no one presented Carousel of Progress, my mom made me post it! LOL!

That's right...Horizon's had "if you can dream it, then you can do it, yes you can...yes, you can"...I think the song's called New Horizons.

GE no longer sponsors Disney attractions, it would be a "conflict of interest" since NBC/GE are majority owners of Universal Studios now.

Huh! I didn't realize that the sponser changed for Illuminations. We haven't been there since 2003, and DH had the "GE presents..." quote down, and always spoke along to it. I guess he has to learn something new now!

How about this:

What rides/attractions currently have sponsors?

and

What rides/attractions in the past have has sponsors?

And what are/were their sponsors?

Well, I know a lot of the old Disneyland sponsors:

Some of the different exhibits within Innoventions have sponsors ... I think the "Fire" exhibit is sponsored by an insurance company, the "Robot" exhibit is sponsored by the American Plastics Association or something like that, and there are others too

This one always cracks me up. The point of sponsorships is for corporations to get free advertising (at least on their end of the motovation scale) and TT breaks down so often (never been in line when it hasn't broken down at least once) that it's really not a ringing endorsement of GM products. ;)
