Does anyone know how many grand villas there are and are they usually taken by he 7th month window? We are looking at the first week in oct 2012.

They have two grand villas. I'm gonna bet your luck won't be so good at 7 months out. But you never know.

Two - one faces DCA paradise pier area and the other faces the pool. Both are the same amount of points and it's just luck as to which one you get.

How many nights you want may factor in. If just a couple you may get lucky but if more than that then maybe not. Halloween time is very popular at DL.
