GCV points rental?

Can a non-DVC member rent points at GCV yet? If so, is there a chart aside from the one avail. on the member services website?

Yes, non-members may rent reservations from DVC members to stay at the GCV. Here's a link to the points chart:

Are cash reservations being offered through Disney? I haven't seen anything on disneyland.com.
