GC from Freeride arrived today!

I cashed out at Freeride on October 7 for a Walmart gift card! It finally arrived today! A note came with the card..... By posting this and adding http://www.freeride I get 125 bonus tokens!

Awesome! I'm glad to hear they are actually paying I know people were having problems for awhile. I cashed out for a $50 virtual visa card toward the end of October hopefully I will get it soon as well!

That's great news.. I'm still waiting for my VV and it's getting past the 15 days mark when they said, I should received it..If I don't have it in a couple days looks like I will be emailing them again


I'm alittle confused ...lol ...Did Freeride asked you to post this and you will received 125 points by doing so? I notice alot of people are posting Freerides link ...I guess ,they are really swamp with people emailing if they are asking people to post that

Oh I am SO friggin' ticked right now. I just went through the form to request that they investigate my missing reward and they won't research rewards more than 120 days old. I've been emailing them every couple of months and they've NEVER researched it. . now they won't research it at all?! What a friggin' joke. That's it. I'm writing them off and making sure I post this warning to everyone who asks about this program.

I was wrong, it wasn't April - I requested in May. A couple months later I get an email that there was a program with GCs and they were sending everyone in their backlog a Visa. A couple months later I hadn't recieved so I sent a request to look into it. Nothing. I sent another request. Nothing. And now they won't research it at all?

I copied this from another thread that was posted here a few months ago. I had a VV sitting there just waiting for me. If it hadn't been posted here, it would have been still sitting there wating. Just make sure that you give them the email address and name on the account that you use for freeride

If you are awaiting payment from Freeride, the recommended method is to visit http://www.ecount.com/contact.html and click on Customer Service, and make sure you put Freeride in the message subject. You will receive an email from helpdesk@ecount.com (you may want to add this to your address book to ensure delivery).

For those who are waiting on their GC for Oct or farther back I would write Suzanne at Freeride spinder@endai.com She responds to the emails and gets the problems fixed right away or tells you when you can expect your reward. I wrote her and received all my V V for Oct. acouple weeks ago

MyGoofy26 I would give it another shot and write Suzanne and see if she can help you get your rewards.

Freeride has been very good about mailing out their gift cards and virtual visas lately. It only took me about a month to get my $50 virtual visa of course I did contact ecount so that might have helped. They are improving .

The form won't work. . It keeps clearing out everytime I hit send and telling me "Sorry, you must fill out entire form to send your email."

Sorry OP, didn't mean to hijack your thread. . but since this is where all the helpful advice came from I though I'd update here. I got an email back from someone at Freeride with instructions to call and get an activation code. I wanted to post so that it was searchable if someone else had a problem. You were all so helpful with the email addresses and such, I'm not sure if some posted the phone number yet. It took about a minute on the phone and I had an email with my virtual Visa in my inbox immediately!!

This is the email I got with instructions:

"Please call 800-327-2776 for the activation code for this redemption.
Hit 1 then 0 for a customer representative. Give them the email that
you log into FreeRide.com with."

Hope this helps someone else out one day! Thanks again everybody! I'll now go back to actually paying attention to their emails (haven't done anything in months - didn't want to waste my time if I wasn't going to get rewards)
