GC Concierge Question

Hi,

We will be staying at the GC Concierge level in December from the 18th till the 22nd. We made our arrangements through AAA and have been having a hard time getting much information from our Rep. I was wondering if the Concierge staff will make priority seating arrangements for us or will we have to do this on our own?

Just wondering if there was any type of deal avail for the concierge level room @ GC?

Were staying GC (not CL) and our room rate is about $278/night. I've stayed CL @ Poly, WDW and love the hard to get ressie help.
