Hi everyone,

Just wondered if anyone has been to the H2O Sports Bar & Grille located at Gaylord Palms?

Looking for more options on somewhere to go in the evening etc in Kissimmee.

If you are not a guest at the hotel can you still get in without a reservation?

How Eerie , i was just going to put a thread on here in a mo about Gaylord palms . :scared1:

That's the pool bar, right, Johnny? We've eaten at all the restaurants in the hotel, but it's never even occurred to us to try to get outside to the pool area. You can certainly enter the hotel itself without any problem. The car park is ticketed, but if you eat at one of the restaurants you get it stamped for free exit.

Deb have you seen the ice scultures for christmas and which restaurant would you say is the best for dinner & should i pre book a table

Yes Deb it is, I was thinking of a pm as I knew you had been there before ;)

As long as we can get in, that was my main concern really as we won't book a reservation as such.
Just looking for a few new places for us to try really, kind of in holiday mode at the moment, just over 3 months to go.
Our Disney MYW tickets arrived yesterday so just trying to plan a few different things for us to do and trying to get Joshua more confident at eating out etc

As you know we like to get out a bit in the evening and do thing's not necessarily theme park related, just somewhere where we can dress up a bit without it being too 'posh for Josh'!

We've never been during ICE, but I know others here have.

The three main restaurants are Sunset Sam's Fish Camp (primarily seafood) set in the Key West atrium. Part of the restaurant is set aboard the sailboat on the indoor "marina". Villa de Flora is a buffet in the St Augustine area and is designed to look like a Mediterranean villa. I'm not a huge fan of buffets, but this one is quite good. Old Hickory Steakhouse in the Everglades section looks like a bunch of shacks on stilts set above alligator infested waters. It's one of our favourite restaurants in the Orlando area, but as with all high-end steakhouses, isn't cheap.

Thank you for that and will make a note and look into more i think about eating there. :thumbsup2

Jonny sorry for jumping in on your tread, hope you find what your after to fit in with your son :)
