Gaylord Palms room requests

I won a bid on Priceline for Gaylord Palms for $83/night Thanksgiving Week.

Can anyone help me with room requests. We have decided to splurge and do the valet parking so we will want a room that is very close to the car pick up point.

Suggestions would be most welcome!!!

We stayed there when it first opened. Loved it. From what I remember, the rooms in the center of the hotel are the closest to the front desk area. We had an atrium view and it was awesome. I honestly don't remember the name of the section. There is ST Augustine, Key West they are the side sections and the center section I forget. Either way, the stroll thru the hotel is part of the allure. Great price. WOW! I am jealous. The restaurants are all quite good and the spa fabulous.

We stayed there over the July 4th weekend. Loved it! I believe St. Augustine was the closest section to the main lobby. Everglades and Key West are off to either side, and Emerald Bay (where we stayed) was across the atrium. But it wasn't a very long walk from any section to the lobby, to be honest.
