The weather was brutal.
We had a wonderful time. We arrived Friday and after check in headed for the Top of the World, fully intending to be brave and introduce ourselves to O'Mike.
When we arrived, our Rob and Scott were there... a moment's hesitation on my part and then I said, "SELF, GET OVER YOURSELF!" So I did and we did and all was well!
It was truly great to have an opportunity to meet Rob, and Scott (for more than a wave

) Mike (who IS the barkeep extrordinaire) John and Jeff, who have convinced us that we MUST do Asheville and Biltmore...

and of course ROSIE and her beautiful daughter Tara!!!! Wally was there (and thank g-d we missed the groping stuff

) and I do believe Jamie and Ben.

For a bit there on Friday evening at the Tip Top names and faces were flying around like so many butterflies!
We enjoyed our stay at BLT and would do so again for a weekend (Gay Days next year?) but prefer the set up of the villas at Kidani, or OKW. (But you KNEW we'd say that).
We ran into some old friends from NY after the Country Bear Jamboree (and trust me on this, if you never have, or don't like this show [as I don't like it usually] you MUST do it when the bears and all the boys are in town. It's an experience that can't compare)!
We didn't know our friends were down, and they didn't know we were there! Too wild that we met up without plans, eh?
We didn't do much in the way of dining out, instead spending our money on drinks.

We did have the filet and goat cheese flat bread at Mike's and it is very nice!
We love the margaritas at the Cave in Mexico. Pricey, but boy are they nice. We spotted some of you in your drink around the world tshirts.

And even saw the kilted one!
Maybe we saw CanadaGuy too? Not sure... but whoever he was in the red Canada shirt, he sure was a nice guy.
For the 5th/MK day we had the "Marriage is so Gay" shirts. Mostly recieved great comments, or big smiles. There were the few lemon suckers out there, but they got BIG smiles in return.
So, all in all it was a wonderful weekend (if too hot) and next year we are thinking we'll stay until Monday so we can really enjoy EPCOT.
Oh, and my wife has the right idea. She says next year she's wearing a white tank top that says, "This IS my red shirt" as the red was TOO HOT!
Hope you all arrived home safely (I know you and Tara are still there Rosie)!
