Gay Bars?

Im going to be in Disney next week! YAY! Im going with a couple of friends. Just wondering if there are any gay bars in downtown disney now that pleasure island is closed

There's nothing on Disney property, although Thursdays at Jellyrolls you can find lots of cast members (many of whom are gay).

Great! My friends and I will actually be on the boardwalk on Thursday night anyway - we have reservations at a restaurant there.

You work at the polynesian? What do you do there?

Ive been to Disney a few times - Im going with a couple friend of mine. Holy third wheel, batman - Anyway - its my friend Jonathan's first time so I'm excited.

We'll be there thursday night and then the parks on Friday and Saturday. We leave Sunday evening - so plenty of time for the pool and shopping on Sunday.

I didnt realize the parks close so early. On Friday we can do the extended hours for epcot until 12 am which is cool - but on Saturday night the latest park closes at 10pm

Im sure we'll be all tired by then anyway.

I believe Atlantic Dance, which is across from Jellyroll's, has been gathering a good Thursday night crowd. Although it is not necessarily gay, it is gay friendly simply because it is Disney!

yeah I know, I've lost touch with the LGBT board a bit. I usually just troll the rumor forum here and at wdwmagic. Latest rumor is the Mannequins floor was removed in 8 pieces It's amazing how the same rumors get rolled around as new information.

You txted me one day didn't you? I think I was going out of town or something. Sorry about not responding. We have to get together one of these days. I have been trading the forex market and that has sort of consumed me recently. I'm trying to strike a balance between a social life and making money lol

I'm normally off the week of Gaydays so I can participate, but we can swap info before you come down and you can join the group of us that normally ends up hanging out together!
