Gatwick Hilton - Tesco Points

The online is good because it also tells you about the VAT they charge on top of the headline figure. We got caught out last time because the phone person didn't tell us that.

The code is PR20TC and you put it under promotional code. But you must send them tesco deal vouchers or it is not valid.

the last couple of times we booked an executive room as it was good value for a couple - free drinks, lots of free nibbles at night (enough to make a meal of) and internet access.

Im looking at booking this way, can anyone confirm is this is how to do it...

1. look on Hilton website using Tesco promo code to get price.

2. Go to tesco site and order amount of deal tokens needed.

3. Call up Hilton and tell them you would like to book with tescos deal tokens.

4. Send Hilton the deal tokens.

Is that it? Do you get conformation that Hilton have the deal tokens? I assume it's best to send them via recorded post?

Apparently, you can actually cut out the middle man and book on their website, using the promo code. So it would go:

1. Look on Hilton website using promo code to get price and book, noting your reference number.

2. Order 'Deals' tokens from Tesco website

3. Send Hilton the 'Deals' tokens, with reference number written on, to the address given on the Tesco website.

It is recommended to send them by recorded delivery as the room rate is non-refundable and the Deals tokens are not replaceable.

Yes you can indeed book online and then order your deal vouchers online once you've booked.

Just make sure you send the deal tokens to the Hilton by SPECIAL delivery not recorded as recorded only covers you upto £36.
