Gatorland during Universal trip

I'm planning a trip in July, staying at Surfside. My kids are very interested in Gatorland. (16F and 12M) We won't have a car. Is it easy to Uber from the hotel to Gatorland? Any idea on approximate cost? Any tips or recommendations about Gatorland in general? Thanks!
