Gas prices thru the summer

Can't believe how gas prices have risen the last month or so. I think in our area, gas has risen almost 50 cents a gallon. We have decided to drive from northern NJ to WDW this summer to save some money. Based on gas prices in the past, do most of you expect prices to keep going up or have they just have gone up because the summer is getting close? Just wondering what everyone thinks gas prices will do over the next 4 months or so.

In general prices are higher in the summer than the spring but there's really no telling how much higher they will go. It's just not something that is predictable or has any sort of past pattern you can rely upon.
