Gas Prices going back down.

I paid $3.49 in north Austin yesterday. That's pretty much in the middle of the service stations around here from the others I've seen. It's down a dime from last week, which is never bad.

Here in LBV about $3.30 right now. Better, but surely not great. (imagine thinking a few years back that $3.50 would be good for a gallon of gas).

Anywhere from $4.19 to $4.49 (depending on the station). And that is down from a high of $4.82 just a couple of weeks ago.

In Toledo, Ohio I saw $2.99 today!!! (I was happy to pay $3.03 earlier this week). :cheer2:

Really?? :confused3
...You're HAPPY to have paid 3.03?

Well by me, Im still paying 3.98 as of yesterday...and I'd prefer it to be back at 1.89.where it was for a LONG time ...then Id be HAPPY :cheer2:.... ....but thats just ME I suppose vent over :coffee:

Yep that was their plan all along. Jack it up to $4 then those poor saps will be happy to pay $3, the new normal.

$3.77 in Sacramento, down from $4.09 at the same gas station yesterday, down from a high of $4.29

Not me. I much prefer the stronger economy that comes with higher priced gasoline.

We're paying $3.18 a gallon in Des Moines, Iowa.

:wave2: I'm originally from Toledo (moved 5 years ago)..I have a cousin who lives in Curtice! My bil in Oregon (Ohio) told DH it was around $3 there.:thumbsup2

Anywho...gas is $3.29-3.39 here ..Minneapolis/St. Paul/Western Wisconsin area. We never went over $4.00 here but we came awful dang close a few times ..it was at $3.84 just a week ago.

$3.79 here . Cheaper but still not cheap!

Driving around the Tampa Bay area today gas prices were from $3.31 to a high of $3.69. Most gas stations were are $3.45

Paid $ 3.78 in Palm Beach, NOT cheap enough. I have to take the turnpike every day from Mon to Friday and it is just TOO MUCH money wasted on gas.

Seem to recall my folks saying they paid $3.29 in Bastrop earlier in the week.

I have a friend who was driving from WI to TX and occasionally posting pics of gas pumps on his fill ups. :rotfl:

His lowest one was $2.99 in Sapulpa, OK at Kum & Go.

It was $3.18/gallon here yesterday. It will start going back up after Tuesday.

I did notice it's about .20 more in the Oregon area than in Toledo - also the cheaper prices were around Franklin Park mall and they tend to run lower there
There's probably a good chance by DH may know your cousin or BIL depending on ages, he grew up our here while I'm front right in Toledo (Start HS)
