Gary Fong: lightsphere vs Whaletail

This is a call to anyone who uses either of these:

Please list which one you have (cloud/clear or Whaletail) and why you like or dislike (ha ha right?). Feel free to post some pictures that you have taken.

I cannot decide between buying the clear/cloud lightsphere or the whaletail.

I have the Lightsphere II. I thought I had the cloud version, but I actually have the clear. The Whaletale is fairly new and I believe right now is out of stock. I have a buddy that wants the whaletail (he currently uses both a cloud and clear Lightsphere II) but hasn't been able to find it available yet. It sounds like a very cool concept with all the different jell colors you can use. My buddy does a lot of weddings and is eager to try it out.

I really like using the Lightsphere II. I've had it for not quite a year and have used it probably about 85% of the time I use my flash. I'm still learning how to use it so I wont be getting the whaletail anytime soon.

I got the lightsphere II, I believe it's the cloud version, it's not clear by any means I didn't know about the whale tail (I don't keep up with Mr. Fong that much), but saw the whale tail on the dvd. I think once I'm good with the lightsphere I might invest in the whale tail.
