Hopefully I am posting this in the right place, if not, Mods please transfer to the proper forum.
If we are not in our room (VWL) when GradenGrocer arrives (i.e., the plane is delayed), how do we arrange the tip? What is the proper amount to tip for this type of service, 10%, 15%, 20% of the bill or a set amount? Also, what if between now and our arrival we decide we want to add/remove items from our cart? Can that be done once you have checked out?
